Shipping Policy

Dispatch

We dispatch orders within 1 working day. Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

UK delivery

Delivery is free on every UK order. The service depends on your order value:

Faster paid services, where available for your order, are shown at checkout. Delivery times are Royal Mail's estimates and start from the day of dispatch.

International delivery

We ship worldwide. The services and prices available for your country are shown at checkout. You are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges in your country, which are not included in our prices.

Your delivery address

Please check your address carefully when ordering. If you need to change it, email us as soon as possible at info@sdcardexpress.co.uk and we will change it if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been sent.

If your order has not arrived

Royal Mail treats a UK item as lost once 10 working days have passed since dispatch, and an international item after 25 working days. If your order has not arrived by then, email us at info@sdcardexpress.co.uk and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Please tell us within 30 days of dispatch for UK orders, or 60 days for international orders.

Missed deliveries and returned parcels

If nobody is in to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card explaining how to collect it or arrange redelivery. If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected or the address was incorrect, we will contact you and either:

• send it again, once you have paid the postage for the second delivery; or
• refund the price of the goods. If you paid for a faster delivery service, that charge is not refunded.
